This is the sum of all kind of regular power.

Effective steem power= steem earn + received steem - delegated steem

How to delegate steem power using the Sp delegation tool

1st of all go to steem delegation tool in order to delegate steem power
First you have to put the name of your account as @moiz25 then put the name of the count to whom you want to delegate steem power such as @vryptokannon as a delegate ID.
I can delegate through steemlogin or steemconnect.

Checking to transfer history between two accounts by using steem wallet tool

Just you click on steem wallet tool the following page will shown

So just you have to put the name of the account you want to to enquire about the account. The old tale of transfer between these two accounts comes in front of you.

Hair you need to fill the name of the account you want to check and also a period of time between you want to check.
