Hello steemian's, this is my 4th achievement task.
Exercise is body activity which maintain our health. We all know exercise is so so important in our daily lives, but we don't take it seious..

The Benefits of Exercise:
Exercise boosts your energy levels.
Exercise strengthens and enhances the efficiency with which your cardiovascular system transports oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. .
Exercise improves muscle strength:
Maintaining a healthy level of activity keeps muscles strong , It allows you to move more freely and avoid injury. By keeping joints in appropriate alignment, strong muscles and ligaments lessen the likelihood of joint and lower back pain.
Exercise helps to maintain a healthy weight:*
You burn more calories the more you workout. Furthermore, the more muscle you get, the higher your metabolic rate becomes, which means you burn more calories even when you aren't exercising. What's the end result? You may lose weight and improve your physical appearance, which would boost your self-confidence
Exercise helps the brain work better:
It gives peace to brain . It also promotes the formation of cells within the hippocampus, the world of the brain that controls memory and learning, by releasing brain chemicals (hormones). As a result, focus and cognitive ability improve, lowering the danger of cognitive degenerative disorders like Alzheimer's.
Exercise helps to boost your immune system:
Exercise gives oxygen to the cells that fight bacteria and viruses.
TIPS TO BE HEALTHY:
These five tips are very simple to follow.
Know your goal
Get your energy up
Avoid hunger
Eat healthy
Do full-body workout

Workout is essential in our daily lives to keep our body physically fit and oure emune system strong. Make it a habbit of doing exercise for 5 to 10 mins
Try to eat healthy foods . I mentioned the column.
