My acknowledgement to @cryptokannon and @steemcurator03 and all steemmians for the privilege to make a post in this community, thanks so much I sincerely appreciation . in this achievement ,I would be bring to your attention and broader understanding to it barest limit on the steem security system.

 THE BASIC SECURITY IN STEEMIT@
 BLOCKCHAIN.

Security in steemit blockchain,is compulsory to understand that Without the knowledge of how the security works on the system, one might lose his/her valuable and it may be painful to such individual, so below is about the keys and its uses in as much as the blockchain is concerned.

Furthermore, They are five important security keys in Steemit blockchain atlarge which can be used for different purpose in once steemit account and i advised it been kept safe and not to be exposed, i beter advice all steemians to better safe them offline or in your Google account manager to avoid total misplacement. Each of those keys has its vital functions and fundamental uses and hence i take my discuss on the below listed keys and its basic functionality as organized by the steemit ecosystem.

THE TYPES OF KEYS AND ITS FUNCTIONS

         * POSTING KEY

This key is a primary key,which in other words not too relevant but it shouldn't be toiled with because is it quite important basic on it functionality, as a primary key not much are required from it in terms of higher level of security,and one cant get official permission to any operations that is linked to the token in your wallet.

*The  functions of  posting key

*It is use to publish & edit a post or comment
*Also use for upvoting & downvoting
*mostly likely for resteem content
*It enables one to follow people
*will be use to mute accounts as well

           *THE ACTIVE KEY

This key is basic,and most likely more advance in terms of the posting key above an should be kept safe because it has authority on details that links to financial aspect of your account, thus an individual need this key to access your wallet.

        *The  functions active key

• use to transfer tokens

• it also use for power up & down of steem

• use for editing your profile

• Vote for witnesses in steem community

• Place an order on an exchange of funds etc

• SBD Conversion and more

• Create a new user in steemit

        OWNERS KEY 
  

This key serves almost as the masters and i would call it a secondary key ,but it not the masters key by any chance but can act as one in some minor cases,it is also powerful and very useful because it can be used to change any other keys on the account, including itself . You're advised to save this password offline and in any other Google account manager for safety just to avoid displacement, also external disk(memory cads) or flash drive are to be use in saving as well and we only uses it to recover a compromised account or stollen account.

   The Fundamental  functions 

• It is used to reset Owner, Active, and Posting keys

• To also recover your account and

• Decline voting rights

         MASTERS PASSWORD
  

The masters password is the almighty key that is the tertiary over all keys which is the most valuable access password you can't afford to misplace, it is used to unveil and unlock all keys on your account, even the owner key that was discussed earlier . and when you sign up for steemit it is the first password that will be given to you to login and access your wallet. This key can not be found when after you have access your wallet,nontheless but provides it been stored in a save place you cant be lose,but not a If your master password is exposed to any third party site or if someone sees it, they can steal your account and all of the finance and valuables in it. So it is advice you save this password according to the saving suggestions specified for other keys and more above,if you eventually loss it you cannot recover it and thereby losing access to your steem account and wallet at large.Thats how important the key is.

                MEMO KEY

The memo key i call it a secret keys and it one of the keys that are not frequently used in the steem ecosystem and blockchain atlarge for the mean time though has it importance values however it has some trategic values.

     The fundamental  functions.

• the key is used to send an encrypted private message

• used as well to view an encrypted private message

  Conclusively.

I seriously advise you save your master password properly etc, for it is the most powerful of all password.you can only login into your account using the key with the appropriate permissions for what you are doing. If logging in with your posting key, make sure you don't overwrite it. Do not disclose your password or keys with any third party site as mentioned above and the reason for all this emphasis is for the knowledge and consciousness of holding your key safe to stick in once mind to avoid tears ,except you are sure of that site, they phishing site that has been created to steal peoples credentials are all over the net thus one need to be very careful while using your keys, so take note of this, don't fall victim. Always remember, there is no way to recover your account if you lose your master password or owner key as well. If your account is stolen you can only recover its ownership and not the funds.
In other words i for sure i have expend the essential value of all this keys and i hope i have brought to your understanding the importance of this keys.

For better expansion on what i was saying on the mater of buying steem with sbd and powering down and up,below are picture with brief illustration.

• firstly when you login and click on your wallet below is what you will see.

Now depending on what u want to do,buy steeem with sbd, power up ,transfer or trade all on your choice,but would go on buying steem with sbd, in your wallet, at the region steem dollers that your sbd click on the small arrow after the green coloured number you will see option being pop up as below.

Now you click on the option market immediately it will radiate you to the next page as below.

Notice you would see colons where you can buy steem and sell,recall from the origin where intending buying steem with sbd so therefore we at the region below the you would see avialable sbd,it means the total sbd you are having in you wallet,thus you click on the rectangle colon/ box where sbd is seen in and insert your desired sbd,the total number of steem you want will appear in the rectangle box before the sbd box,immediately the buy steem button shows green,thus click on it, it will take you to the below page.

Click on the button ok and it would take you the next page below.

Now you master or active key would be needed insert and proceed it will redirect you back to the market wait for a while then check on your steem position the desired steem u bought would appear then u can choice what to do with it.
