Achievement 4 by @mauriceetukudo Task: Applying Markdown.
Well, hello newcomers community, i have gone through achievement4 introduction and have gotten some markdown skills and knowledge.
To start with, lemme tell you a little story applying this markdowns.
GENEROSITY PAYS..
Once upon a time, in a little village, there lived a widow who lost her husband to the first world war. She was a baker and she used baking to sponsor her son through school and fed him till son grew up to be a man and travelled to a far country in search of greener pastures.
In the same village lived an old man who was hunched. He usually passed by this ladys house and when he does, she'd give him a morsel of bread. The old man will thank her and leave happily. He kept on repeating the same pattern till one day, the widow began to be angry and she said in her heart, "why is this hunchback disturbing me". She kept on pondering about it and thought of a way to end his transition forever. Just then the thought of poisoining the bread she will give him flipped through her mind and she bought it. She started doing the bread with the poison. Just as she was about finishing the baking, another voice told her that what she was planning wasnt good. Ahe felt bad and put the poisoned bread into the waste bin and did another one for the old man. As usual old man came singing and begged her for bread, she delightfully gave him the bread and the hunch back said something, "What you do comes back to you". He made that statement and thanked her. The widow not knowing what what he meant looked at him as he went away dancing.
On his way home, the hunchback met a young man who looked asif he had not eaten for days. The young man told him to help him with the bread and told him hes from a far country and he has not eaten for days. The hunchback felt sorry for him and gave him the bread and still went on his way.
Just as the widow was about having her lunch, she heard a knock on her door. As she opened the door, tears started dropping from her eyes. Behold her son who was long gone came back looking ragged. He told her how he saw a hunchback on his way home who gave him a morsel of bread. Just then did the widow realise what the statement made by the hunchback meant. She theb cried and hugged her son.
Had it been she gave him the poisoned bread, her son would have been long gone.
MORAL LESSON
Always be good to others no matter what happens.
