First of all, go to https://steemyy.com/ and select the Tools option in the top bar as mentioned in the screenshot below.

Now select the Steem Account Information as mentioned in the below screenshot.

Here, you will be able to see the Effective Steem Power of your account simply by entering your account name in the upper search bar.

Now, I will discuss the method to delegate the SP to someone or any community for support purposes by using the Steem SP Delegation Tool. So, let's follow these steps.

In the Tools menu of Steemyy.com, click on the Steem SP Delegation Tool option.

Now, you will see a menu containing different boxes. You have to fill these bars according to your need. First of all, enter the name of the Delegator then the username of the Delegatee, and then enter the amount of the SP you want to delegate. Then provide your Active Key and your SP will be delegated to the Delegatee account.
