Plagiarism occurs in many different contexts. Such as school assignments, professional settings, arts, academia, and also in the world of business.

The use of plagiarised contents are illegal and against the law and order. In simple words we can say that the use of someone's work , idea , contents without giving them proper credit or without their acknowledgement is a crime.

✓What Are The Types Of Plagiarism?
There are various types of plagiarism you might encounter are as follows:

Accidental Plagiarism :
This type of plagiarism occurs when someone is not aware of the post he is posting is already posted . This type of plagiarism mostly happens with the students when they research from the same source.

Patchwork or mosaic plagiarism :
It this kind of plagiarism type we can see the theft of copying phrases, passages, ideas etc from different sources and compiling them into a whole new text.

Incremental plagiarism :
This means inserting a small amount of plagiarized content which is mostly undetectable in a mostly original content.

Self-plagiarism :
It means publishing/recycling your own previous work/content that you’ve already submitted or published somewhere.
Basically it means using your own content twice.

Global plagiarism :
It means plagiarizing an entire content of the original owner. This includes of purchasing content an essay or turning in an assignment completed by someone else without any kind of permission from original owner.

✓How To Avoid Plagiarism. Giving proper cites to sources.
The easiest way to avoid plagiarism is to always cite your own sources. But you also need to make sure that you have properly integrated them into your text by either paraphrasing or quoting.

•Avoiding plagiarism when paraphrasing:
When you are going to express an idea or information from a source, paraphrase or summarize it by simply changing a few words or using a synonym tool is not correct way for paraphrasing. In fact, you may unintentionally change the meaning of the whole source. To show that you’ve fully understood the material, explain the author’s key point entirely in your own words, and make sure to cite the source.

•Avoiding plagiarism when quoting :
It means when you want to include an exact sentence, phrase or passage from a content or source it is advised to use a quotation.

For this you have to place quotation marks around the text that is copied directly from the source or content. And be sure to introduce each quote in your own words without changing its meaning and avoid using standalone quotations as full sentences...

Yours Sincerely,
@juichi
