Good afternoon today I come to perform my last task of achievements which is about understanding healing and community

Do you understand how voting and healing work in Steemit?

I clearly understand what the voting and curation in steemit the vote is when the users of steemit, give their vote to publications that they consider as good, the more steem power the user has at the time of voting the greater the reward that the publication that has voted will get, I understand it is advisable to give 10 votes daily to different quality publications.

As for the cures, they are received from a part or 50% of the vote that is given, that is, if a publication of ours is voted we receive 50% of the rewards and the other 50% of the healing is received by the person who gave the vote.

Keep in mind that every time we give a vote our voting power will decrease so it is advisable to vote as I mentioned above a total of 10 publications daily.

What happens if you vote for a post within 5 minutes of posting?

We already understand that the curation is divided into 2 parts 50% for the content creator and 50% for the curator after a certain period of time after a publication is launched and cured the rewards of this can vary here we will see how:

• One vote after 1 minute; curators reward 20% The rewards group receives 80%

• One vote after 2 minutes; Curators reward 40% The rewards group receives 60%

• One vote after 3 minutes; Curators reward 60% The rewards group receives 40%

• One vote after 4 minutes; Curators reward 80% The rewards group receives 20%

• One vote after 5 minutes; Curators reward 100% The rewards group receives 0%

Within steemit there are many witnesses who contribute daily to the platform and make it continue to work perfectly if they give me a choice between the witnesses to whom I want to give my vote I would like to choose steemchiller and justyy who are 2 witnesses who have contributed greatly to steemit and are responsible for the steemworld and steemyy platforms.
