Hello 👋 everyone, I am here again to complete my achievement5 task 4 which I couldn’t write earlier🕒 because the link for the tutorial or research was broken. I have been enjoying my stay on the Steemit platform and I hope to enjoy it more so I can be an encouragement for others. By Gods grace, I guess am now familiar with the platform than I was last year when I newly joined. Yes, lets start this topic…
Review Steemdb.io
Firstly, steemdb is a block explorer and database for the steem block chain. Check out the steemdb explorer here. The first thing you will get to see on the landing page of steemdb is the price chart of STEEM/BTC. It also shows the distribution of stakes by the block chain through various channel over 30days (30-dayMVest Distribution)
Recent Blockchain Activity
To see recent history, all you have to do is scroll down after reaching the steem.io page. There is a section for recent blockchain activities precisely after it. The recent transactions on the Steem blockchain are published. Please refer to screenshots below.
Posts, Comments and Others
The steemdb.io has a very easy to use interface that everything you are looking for is not difficult to find. From the landing page, you will see a drop down /menu at the top left corner of your screen. Click it and some list of heading will come up, click on post and you will see posts that has taken place on Steemit. Please refer to screenshot below..
Accounts Section
While loading steemdb.io In desktop mode, you will see some tools or available pages eg. Home, posts, account, lab etc. Click on account and search out your name from the search bar. By clicking on your user name, you will see an interface like this screenshot below ..
From here, you can check your social activities like votes, reblogs, following/followers etc.
Even from this place you can also see your voting power. What an easy platform to understand

Witness section
The witness section shows various witnesses that could be found within the Steem blockchain and it is organized in order of votes. The history is a mini clickable button that shows all the important information relating to the several witnesses.
Lab section
Steemdb.io has the lab section where users see various projects that are not yet embeded in steemdb. They have not found a place suitable to fit. Refer to screenshot below
