Hi everyone, hope we are all doing good. I am glad to be reviewing steemscan.com today as it would be getting me a step closer to being a verified member of this community. On this review, i will be answering certain questions to show my understanding of this platform.

Steemscan was developed by two witness developer @roadofrich and @futureshock. It is a user-friendly steem exchange.

So going with the first question. The first thing to do is to search for the website @Steemscan.com using any quality search engine of your choice. I use chrome

Explain the current steem price and volumes today.

The current steem price today is 0.42 and its supply is 404,481,358 STEEM/ 11,159,211 SBD. Although this keeps fluctuating over time.

Explain what all information is shown under latest transactions and latest block sections.

Under the latest transactions, various activities are shown such as vote, comment, transfer to vesting/transfer, reblog, claim_reward_balance, read_notif, claim_account. The latest block sections shows the codes for block transactions.

Explain what all information is shown under witnesses section

The first action is to click on the Menu bar. Then, on witnesses. These section shows the active witnesses, rank and approval(MV)

Steps to vote a witness

After clicking on witnesses, it brings you to another page where you have to take the following steps to vote a witness of your choice.

Step 1

Select a witness of your choice by clicking the circle symbol on the screenshot below.

Step 2

After clicking the symbol, it takes you to the post made by the witness on steemit. You can scroll down and click the link on the post to vote for the witness either through @steemit.com or @steemworld.org. I used steemworld.org

Step 3

Clicking on the link takes you to steemworld.org where you can vote your preferred witness by clicking on the small box under the vote column beside the name of your chosen witness.

Step 4

This takes you to the point where you have to complete the process by inputing your private active key. Then, click Ok and you would have finally voted.

Explain what is DApps and mention 3 which you have already used or may use in the future

DApps are decentralized applications which run or function independently with no need for a third-party help @ngamd. They are platforms which are easily located and used as desired by users.
To use this, click on the Menu bar and then on DApps.

The ones i have used are @steemworld and @steemit. Currently using @steemscan and would hopefully use @steemyy soon.

How to use ''Quick Convert'' and fee charged for different steem amount for withdrawal

Firstly, click on the Menu bar, then on Quick convert.

This shows the various coins you can convert your steem to, USDT,BTC,TRX. You input the corresponding withdrawal address and then Create Order.

The fee charges are different for each coin. 20 steem is charged 1.24000000 TRX when converting to TRX and 10 Steem is charged the same (1.24000000 TRX)

For USDT, 20 steem is charged 1.08367238 USDT

For BTC, 20 steem is charged 0.00050218 BTC

To begin, click on the Menu bar, then on search button.

This feature is used to acquire or search all the transaction details you intend to carry out or any other information on steemscan.com.
