what is security?

In every pheres of life security is very significant.As a business man I need the freedom to what ever thing or business that iam doing, the same is applicable to other Business platform like steemit.coming into steemit platform for protection of data information,and the money transactions, including the details of the steemit, consequently an unfriendly security precludes both eternal and internal investment into the organization.thus, security will be seen as not only a constitutional
but also as a necessary infrastructure for the development of a modern economy.(security issue will be primary focus).

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

Yes I have retrieve all my keys. They are;

• Master key

• Posting key

• Active key

• Owner key

• Memo key

Do you know the functions of all the key? Yes

• MEMO KEY is used for encrypting and decrypting.it is also used for transferring funds.memo,use the pound sign before it.

• OWNER KEY is use when necessary.it is the most powerful key because it can change any key of an account.even the owner key.

• ACTIVE KEY it is use for more sensitive task such as transferring funds,power up/down transaction,converting steem, Dollar and placing a market order.

• POSTING KEY allow accounts to post,comment edit, vote, resteem,and follow or mute other accounts.

• MASTER KEY is used to drive all keys,is the most powerful key,it is meant to be stored offline,and only used to recover a compromised account.

WHAT ARE THE MEASURES YOU HAVE TAKEN TO KEEP THOSE KEYS SAFE

I decided to store an offline copy of those keys,or digital offline storage, such as an external disk or flash drive,and also use a deposit box for Best redundancy.

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR STEEM TOKEN TO ANOTHER USER

Login to your wallet click on the arrow close to steem,click on transrer

Then put the username of the person you want to o transfer the steem to

Click on ok

• Do you know how to power up your steem token?

Yes go to your wallet click on the same arrow and click on power up

Then put the ammount you want to power up

Click ok to confirm you the transaction

Conclusion

This achievement two take me deep in to steemit,and I learned the basic security,
all the keys and their functions and how to retrieve all my keys.I advice all steemian to be security conscious of their keys and very focus,I wish you all more power on steemit, I am up to see you there.
