Steemit is an open social media platform that hosts and accepts any legal content as long as it complies with the guidelines. These guidelines help to protect the interests of both the individuals and the community as a whole.
Proof of Brain
Steemit rewards users for sharing original content. This means that the content posted on this platform should be exclusively created by the users and not copied from somewhere else. This is literally what the "Proof of Brain" concept is about. This way we avoid plagiarism.
Plagiarism
"Plagiarism is the practice of using or copying someone else's idea or work and pretending that you thought of it or created it. " Collins Dictionary
