ACHIEVEMENT 2 @kasib07 Task : BASIC SECURITY ON STEEM

Hello folks

My name is Muhammad Kasib here to talk about my second achievement task which I’d like to write about

BASIC SECURITY ON STEEMIT.
In simple terms, security is being free from any sort of harm or any non-desirable outcomes. When we are safe it means we are protected and comfortable in our surroundings.

In steemit What you should know is that the keys you’ve been given should not be shared or put on display for anyone to see or have any sort of access to and the moment any of this has been done meaning your account could be at the risk of being hacked or compromised,meaning other parties could have access to ur account which will cost you.

I will now answer the questions below:
Question 1:
Have u gotten all your keys on steemit?
yes I’ve but its been saved where no one except me can ever access.

Question 2:
Do u know each of these key functions and restrictions?
yes I do, i got to know more about it after reading it from https://steemit.com/@cryptokannon

Question 3:
How do you plan to keep your master password?
i downloaded it and saved on my personal gmail account and my notes on my phone which also needs security access to to bypass.

i will Like to urge everyone of you that it is safe not to use your master keys often because when your master key is been hacked or stolen it would be will be very difficult recovering your account so to prevent all these stress do not let anyone have access to your keys especially the master keys

Question 4:
Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?
1.Go to your wallet in Steemit.
2Click on your STEEM ,then in the box select transfer
3.In the 'to' field enter the recipient name . You can also add a message in the memo field.
4When you have entered the amount of token click submit.
5.If you then scroll down the wallet page you will see details of the transaction you just made in your wallet history.

Question 5:

Do you know how to power up your steem?
1.Go to your wallet in Steemit.
2Click on your STEEM ,then in the box select power up
3.enter the amount of steem you want to power up and confirm by clicking power up.

This is basically what I’d like everyone to know concerning the security on steemit. please never open your steemit account details on unknown links or else other parties might or will get access to your passwords and hack your account and take ownership of it.
