Hope you all are doing well.

I'm glad that I have successfully completed my 1st and 2nd achievements.
Now, I am able to write my Achievement 3 task that is about "Content Etiquette" .

The platform we all are using is very simple to understand if we see it through the achievement programs of steemit.
The importance, that Steemit is giving to the original content creator is appreciated because of this only hard worker will succeed here not the fake ones.

Content Etiquette

Following are the objectives of Content Etiquette.

1. We should create our original contents.It may be any story or any information.

2. If we want to attach the pictures with our content so these should be our own .

3. If any picture or banner we have taken from somewhere else so we should mention the source.

4. If we are mentioning any qoutes in our content so it should be in quotation marks.

Now, I am going to explain about most important thing that Steemit doesn't allow anyone in any case.

What is Plagiarism?
The Answer is here , stealing someone's idea or words from anywhere and showing it as your original work . That is not enough actually if you are coping someone's content and changing few words or using synonyms instead this work is still not authentic and your authentication can be questioned.

This practice on Steemit is prohibited 🚫.
Plagiarism is also considered as fraud.

Disadvantages of Plagiarism.

• If you do Plagiarism you will get down votes on
  steemit.
• Your esteem will decline on this platform. Also you are
  not considered as a good candidate.
• Steemit doesn't rank you among the good authors.

Now, only one thing can save us from Plagiarism is Citation.

Citation

Citation is the method in which you can tell the reader that some part of your content is taken from somewhere else.
In this way you can provide the readers more information about your content but its important to show the sources from where you are taking that information.
Same goes with the pictures 📸 if you're taking any pictures from other websites so you just need to show the source.

In this way you can avoid Plagiarism.
