"Achievement 4 by @jhayss Task : Applying Markdowns"
It has been an exciting week of great Spanish football with a lot of drama. Expectations were high. Regardless, there were disappointments.
This week started with a clash between bottom half table teams Alaves and Levante. The match ended in a four goal thriller with both sides scoring 2 goals .
Alaves scored on the 30th min with Pere Pons getting on the score sheet. Luis Morales with the brace and Joselu with late equalizer for Alaves.
Later during the day saw a clash of the titans as league table leaders Atletico Madrid went head on against FC Barcelona. Both sides showed plenty of potential with Ter Stegen(Barcelona) and Jan Oblak (Atletico Madrid) being called in to the rescue several times. The game ended in a goalless draw with Atletico Madrid still holding on to their top spot.
Huesca travelled to Cadiz to meet Cadiz CF with the visitors losing by two goals to one and this result could lead to the visitors heading to relegation.
Marcos Maura and Gaston Silva scored for Cadiz and Rafa Mir scoring the only goal for Huesca.
