1. Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

How do voting work(voting)?
Voting on an author content means your acknowledgment and importance over that particular write up, how captivating it is, how outrageously unique it is and meaningful as well.A voter has a choice to vote as about 8-10 times in a particular day, but the more the vote the more the value of the votes depreciate. A voting manner of a user reduces each time you cast a vote but replenishes by about 20% each day.

Now, curation.
A curator is someone who curates and curation is the act/ process of voting for an authors content which could be write ups, comments etc. But curating a work the viewer or reader must be able to validate and confirm the need of the post in different various communities before curating a post. A reward is been giving to a curator for curations the receive 50% of rewards if his votes is been casted before the first 5 minutes of the article made, For a reward is been giving to a curator for every upvote made, but non over any down vote the made, for down votes decreases the rating and of every author or writer, while been increased in every upvote the receive.

2. What happens when a post is been voted before 5minutes marks after posting

When a curator votes a post before 5 minutes the author of the post would be receiving less than 100% of the First 50% in rewards based on the exact time. For instance, using the table below:

3. Who would you vote for steem witness and why?

If I shod be voting for a steam witness, I would vote @small-ville. my reason because put me through in the world of steemit as one who has been there before me, and also i find his write ups so interesting and the zeal in me to learn this very tactics in writing , also his experience in the crypto world. Been a trusty worthy friend who is able to help when you in need.

4. Which community will you join in steemit and why?

I will choose the steemit crypto academy, for the reason that i have always loved their reputation and how dedicated you would be when in a community like the steemit crypto academy. I love the program in which the run, the educate you in terms of crypto world and widen your knowledge in the aspect of steem and the world of crypto.
