Water in human life

Hello!

Hope all of you are fine.Today is my first post and I'm really excited about it.
Basically water is an important part of our daily lives. Without water we can't exist.According to science, we just live fee days without and due to it death happen. It also has sort of advantages and disadvantages.

We should drink ten to eleven glasses of water per day. Drinking more water is very beneficial for our body. It makes our skin fair and keeps it hydrated. It is also used for cure of kidney stone. Basically, kidney is the place which makes urine. If anybody have kidney stone then doctors give them advice to drink more water as you drink. Then stone comes out from our body through urine. Because usage of more water split it into pieces.
I drink many glasses of water this is my routine. The first thing that I do after waking up is drinking water.

Usage of excessive water and less water is harmful. Some people use a very little quantity of water. Therefore, it causes lack of water in them. Few people use more water than it's need which causes swelling in stomach. However, we should put consistency in usage of water.
