INTRODUCTION
In life one needs to be absolutely careful taking precautions and guiding himself or herself properly against unforseen circumstances. It's heart breaking returning home seen your doors open and your valuables has been stolen. No one wants this to be his story. Hence this achievement 2 post.
Basic security on steemit
What is security?
The Cambridge Dictionary online defines security as the Freedom from change;safety

If security is the freedom from change and being safe, it's therefore necessary to educate new users on steemit on the basic security to avoid been a victim of scammers.
What do we need to secure on steemit
It's very important for a newcomer to secure the following;
●Keys
●Codes
●Passwords ,etc
Why do I need to secure these keys
It's very important for a newcomers to secure these keys to avoid loosing your money.
Security on steemit
Steemit blockchain is aware of the activities of fraudsters and has for this reason delegated various security keys to help you keep your wallet safe. Some of these keys include the following:

1. THE MASTER PASSWORD
2. PRIVATE OWNER KEYS
3. POSTING KEYS
4. ACTIVE KEYS and
5. MEMO KEYS etc.

FUNCTIONS OF THE STEEMIT SECURITY KEYS
The master password

The master password is the most powerful keys is the most powerful keys of a steemit account as it can be used to generate and change any key of a steemit account including the private owner key.
The basic function of the master password is basically for recovery of an account.

The private owner key
This key is used to reset all other keys and
it's also used to recover an account within the period of 30 days.

The private posting keys
This private posting key is used to login to apps such as steemit,and it's also used to perform other social activities which include; posting, commenting and voting.

The private Active keys
The private Active key is used for money and other wallet related transactions. Such as transferring funds, power up transactions and converting steem dollars.

The private memo keys
These keys are used to decrypt private transfers memos.

Trons public keys
The Tron public keysare used for transfers, it's the address to which the tokens are sent to.

Tron private keys
The Tron private key has the highest authority on your Tron account, it's also used for signing transactions on Tron such as transferring tokens, freezing and voting.

Answer : My plan plan is to store them both offline and online using hard drive and writing down in my diary. I have also memorized it.
