Achievement 3 by @iddy Task: Content Etiquette

I hope everyone is safe and fine,as for me,I am fine. I have already completed achievements 1 and 2 and the achievements have been verified. I went through steemit guide in newcomers' community and the following is my understanding of what I read:

CONTENTS ETIQUETTE

Definition of etiquette: Etiquette is a set of rules to be observed by a group of people coming together with the same objectives. It is a conventional decorum or ceremonial code of polite society. Therefore becoming customary behavior of members of a profession.

(a) Posts and interaction: Posts must be made with good and correct language. For this to be achievable,a steemian must plan how to make quality contents. Thereafter,he should interact by commenting on other users' Posts and by replying people's comments on his posts.

(b) number of post per day: posting too much contents a day by a steemian is not commendable as this would make his followers bored and hurt the feelings of other users who can not make even a post. A steemian should not post more than four contents in a day.

(c) plagiarism: Plagiarism is copying of other people's creative work or ideas and present as if it were the copier's own. Plagiarism is highly frowned upon and should be avoided by Steemians. If need be to use other people's work,the owners should be acknowledged by making reference to them. This could be done by the use of sources in an effective and legal way. Plagiarism could be avoided by :

(1) citing the source: a citation that identifies the full name of the source and the date of the publication should be added.

(2) including quotations: quotation marks should be used around the text,and the source to the the direct quote should be cited.

(3) paraphrasing: the source ideas should be rewritten into the writer's own words without changing its meaning to avoid being plagiarized. But citation to the source should still be included since the content is another person's ideas.

(4) presenting original idea: creating original ideas- that is a steemian writing his view on the subject,hereby making his content unique.

(d) Hashtags: Hashtags should be used According to the content of posts. Irrelevant hashtags should not be used.

(e) posts sharing: A steemian can share posts he likes. But he should only resteem posts that are of interest to his followers though it's hard to discern what all followers like,that is why a steemian should not resteem every posts.

Link that has nothing to do with a post read by a steemian should not be shared in the comments column of that post.

(f) votes: A steemian should not ask fellow users to vote his contents. He should not vote posts of other users with the intentions of them reciprocating the votes. He should not pay others to vote his contents. Votes would come naturally based on the quality of the content. He should not vote his contents.

(g) chats and comments: A steemian should comment on other users' posts but politely. He should make polite reply to comments other users make on his posts.

A steemian should not form familiarity with steemit users he doesn't know in other to chat with them, perhaps earn favor from users with great steem power.

(h) community and contest: A steemian should adhere to the rules of the communities he subscribed to. He should obey rules of contest he participates in.

CONCLUSION

I took time and read steemit Etiquette on steemit community and I understood what I read,I will do my best to embrace them.
