I am here to present to you my achievement 2 .

I have retrieved my keys on steemit. I did so on the very first day I registered

I have read and gotten to know the functions of each and every key.

The posting key is for everyday loggins.

Active key is for transfers , power-up, converting steam dollars and voting.

Master password or owner key is used for changing the password. it is also used to recover a compromised account.

Memo key. this key is used to encrypt and decrypt memos when transferring funds.

How to keep the master key?.

I have downloaded and saved it off line.

I have learnt how to transfer tokens to another steemit user account.

To transfer tokens click on the down arrow next to the number of steem tokens held in the drop-down box. enter the name of the account in which you want to transfer to. enter the number of tokens. Add a memo if you desired then click next.

Power down

one uses the drop-down box as the transfer next to the steem number, but select power down instead, enter the quantity of steem and click power down and he is done.

To power up,click on the drop down box next to the steem number. Click on power up then continue to enter the amount of steem you want to power up. Click on next and then anter your password and click on ok.
