Answer:
To check the effective power. you can see the top of the steemyy there are many option s you can see.

Given below you see many option like.

.Delegators and Delegatees.
.Follow or Mute.
.Miscellaneous Tools.

Question no 2:
How do you delegate SP using "Steem SP Delegation Tool"?

Answer:
Click the SP delegation Tool and open it you can see in this screenshot I hope this best for us.

After you click this "Steem SP Delegation Tool", you see the another page.

And furthermore see this data Delegator ID, Delegatee ID, and Amount of SP. You fill this structure and select the under choice.

Question no 3:
How do you check the Transfer History between any two Steem accounts using "Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer.?

Answer:
In this process you select the Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer in steem essential option. This picture given below:

Answer:
Chose the steem auto claim reward. you can see the new page, after you can fill the information.

How do you check the outgoing votes report for any specified period using "Steem Outgoing Votes Report"?

Answer:
Click the Steem Outgoing Votes Reports option and open it.

Click this option then you see this type of interface given below, in which enter you ID and enter date to check your and click on outgoing voting report.

Question no 6:
How do you check the incoming votes report for any specified period using "Steem Incoming Votes Report"?

Answer:
when you can see the Upvotes and Flags section area you see the Steem Incoming Vote Value Click This And fill the boxes of name , time , and date. after filing you can click next.

Question no 7:
How do you check who has delegated SP to your Steem account or any Steem account using "Steem Power Delegator Checker"?

Answer:
Which as you scroll down in tool main page and see the delegators and delegates option in which you click on steem power delegator checker. The picture has given below.
