Effective Steem Power refers to the Steem Power that enables you to earn when you curate. Outgoing delegated Steem Power is taken from your Steem Power to give your effective Steem Power.

How do you delegate SP using "Steem SP Delegation Tool"?

Delegating SP here is a piece of cake. Navigate to the Tools tab then under the Steem Essentials section, click on Steem SP Delegation Tool

Input the required details for the delegation and you're good to go.

Select Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer from the Steem Essentials section at the Tools section.

Provide the details needed to the check transfer history between any two Steem accounts.

How do you automate claiming STEEM or SBD without having to click claim button each time, using "Steem Auto Claim Rewards"?

To automate claiming STEEM or SBD, you can use the Steem Auto Claim Rewards utility available at the Steem Essentials section at the Tools tab.

Provide your account ID and private posting key to set the automatic claiming of rewards. The page must be opened always to use this utility.

At the Tools tab, Move down to the Upvotes and Flags section and select Steem Outgoing Votes Report to check the outgoing votes report for a specified period.

Fill in the details required and click Outgoing Voting Report.

Fill the details required and click Search, to check who has delegated SP to your Steem account.
