Hello friends. Today we are going to complete the last achievement. In the list of achievement tasks which is achievement 6 through it, we will go to understand how voting and curation work in steemit.

Q01: Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

One of the best features of the Steemit platform is the possibility of obtaining a reward for publishing high-quality content. These rewards come from a pool of fixed rewards on the Steemit network, and the good thing is that these rewards are distributed to writers and voters equally, 50 percent for each party, and the percentage of each voter is determined from the 50 % by the amount of Steam Power he owns at the time of voting, as the more Steam Power he has, the greater his percentage of the reward.

Users who have more than 500 steam power are added to the feature to control the percentage of steam power that they vote with, while those who have less than this amount do not have this feature.

Q02: What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

As we said, any publisher gets 50% of the reward and the other 50% goes to the voters, but these percentages change if the voting was in the first five minutes after publishing the article, where a certain percentage of the reward goes back to the reward pool and the following table shows this:

Q03: Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

Actually, so far I have not voted for any witness, but when the previous achievements were completed, I saw the list of the highest witnesses active.

I think I will vote for the first @steemchiller and the third @justyy for their development of these amazing and indispensable tools for all Steemit users.

Q04: Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

I am still exploring the Steemit platform and I do not know all the communities. The first community I joined is the newcomer community, which is the first stop that any new user goes through and learns to deal with several different tools that help him work on the platform

I recently joined the SteemitCryptoAcademy community because it contains valuable lessons and information, although I did not reach the requirements to participate, I hope to reach them soon.
In addition, I joined the Project HOPE community to stay up to date with the latest technologies, as well as Account Booster community to grow my account.
