Today I am writing on steemscan.com to complete my 5th task's part 2.

On this site, we'll find all the transactions on the Steemit platform for users around the globe. In addition to these transactions, we'll also find Witnesses, DApps, Dev Tools, Quick Conversion, & Steem Engine. This is a useful hub for all of us thanks to @roadofrich & @futureshock, who created this website. I'm answering all the questions below to complete this task. I hope you're going to check and support me on this.
While preparing this post, the Steem Price is 0.17$ per Steem with a volume of 485.10$.
We can check all ongoing transactions over the steemscan blockchain with details such as block id, date & time, sender, recipient, & number. This exchange shall include comments, votes, contests, delegations, etc.
The Steem blockchain requires a set of people to build blocks and use a consensus process called delegated proof of stake or DPOS. The group elects 'witnesses' to serve as a network block producer and a governing body. There are 20 full-time witnesses, generating a block every 63 second round. The 21st place is shared by the backup witnesses, who are scheduled to be proportionate to the amount of stake-weighted group approval they have. Witnesses will get paid by Steem Power for each block they make.Source: FAQ
In this segment, we can find total witnesses, active witnesses, total mined steem, last block height, transaction count, current with a few other information as shown above. To vote a witness, we have to click on the "Vote" button which available against each witness, and follow the process to complete the transaction as shown below:
Decentralized applications are stored on and executed by a blockchain system. Steem created a well-established ecosystem that leads to the widespread adoption of DApp development. Examples are Steem Monsters, dMania, Steemblr, Musing, and SteemHunt, etc.
Here we'll get a list of decentralized applications/websites, as shown above, with a link to check them out. This can be a useful resource that's always searching for new applications and information. As we are already on Steemit, I might be checking few other apps like Dtube, Krypto Gamers.
It's a valuable resource for all of us. From here, we can convert Steem Power to USDT, BTC, & TRX. It's easy to use, we can find out the exchange rate and the incentives that will be deducted during the transaction.
We can see Steem to USD rate on the top right corner of the page. To convert our steem power, we have to enter the amount of steem power we want to convert and the withdrawal address. Below the withdrawal address, we will see the receivable amount after conversion with fees incurred in this transaction.
We all know how useful the search bar is. We can search for any specific transaction without any delay. There are a lot of filters to narrow down our search which is great.
