Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

The goal of voting is to reward or encourage the creation of high-quality and useful information.

The votes we cast from our accounts have a certain level of power and constraints, allowing us to keep things under check. This voting power is equal to Steem Power, and it starts at 100% for each vote, goes out, and is refilled at a rate of around 20% per day. It is suggested that you vote 10 times every day.

Voting Rewards:

• The first is a 100 percent power increase, in which our author incentives are transferred directly to our Steem Power, i.e., the 50 percent that belongs to an author is transferred to the SP.

• The second arrangement is 50 percent - 50 percent, in which the author's 50% is divided in two again, 50% goes to our SP, and the remaining 50% goes straight to our pocket as free mobilisation money.

Healing rewards:

This form of compensation is directly proportional to our Steem Power or SP; the more Steem Power you have, the better the prize. It should be noted, however, that it makes no difference how much Steem Power you have as a user; we must all vote and heal, which will result in rewards to varying degrees.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

There's also a way to figure out how much healing you'll get by voting more accurately, which is discussed in @Faq-Steemit. I'll show you how it works with a small box that depicts the percentage of reward you could get if you vote in the first few minutes of a post and afterwards.

• 1: Indicates whether or not the publication has received a vote.
• 2: The curator's remuneration ratio.
• 3: The reward % of the fund.

It's important to remember that these payments (Author / Curator) are made after 7 days, which corresponds to the publication's expiration date.

I'd like to emphasise that we can all be content producers, but we can also be content curators (in in this last case the rewards are related to our SP.)

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

The witnesses are in responsibility of maintaining the block chain and generating blocks under the delegated proof of stake consensus, and they are compensated for doing so. It is vital that we select witnesses to represent us, and we must do so by determining whether or not they are trustworthy. You must do your homework before casting your vote.

I must admit that I initially voted for witnesses who I considered to be ideal. The Steem Wallet and SteemWorld are two options for keeping track of the top witnesses and voting for them.

I voted for 7 witnesses today, but if I had to choose one again, I would choose xpilar since it has proven to be loyal to the platform, has offered help to many people, and has performed admirably.

Another option would be SteemChiller, because of its suggestion and awareness of the users' safety and the tools it provides; and finally, Justyy, if I had to choose again. On several times, the previous ones have exhibited endurance, hard work, and a willingness to contribute their grain of sand as common users.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

In addition to the official Steemit communities, I recommend joining the Newcomers' community of the country you (Steemit Pakistan) and groups that assist new users in getting started (Newcomers' Community / Steemit Nursery).

The fact that I have six Achievement goals provides me great joy, and I hope that along the journey I will continue to meet wonderful people that reflect the Steemit spirit of cooperation, mutual help, and decentralisation.
