What is theft? Claiming to own someone else's content or pictures without their permission is plagiarism.The image or content you are using must be used with credit. If you do not, you will be considered a thief.

If you copy any other content or picture from online or any other place and post it on your own blog, it will be claimed as copyright. And copy and paste will not be tolerated on this #steemit platform. You may be the victim of a downvote. And you may lose your account.
How do you give credit to someone else?
All you have to do is publish someone's picture as your own. Below the image you post using the image source then Example -
And if you copy a text and post it on your blog, then you have to post it with credit to its source or creator. Example -
