I hope you all are fine. Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah i have successfully completed my first 5 achievements. Now i have to complete my achievement 6. This is my last achievement. In this achievement i tell you about the voting and curation and community in detailed.

Voting and Curation:

The reward which is received by the voter is called the curation reward. It is a fixed reward pool on Steem. Curation is earned from voting.
If you have more steem power then you distribute more rewards from the reward pool. Try your best that your content is best and your own written not plagirized. Like we post on social media, community etc.. below the post there is a sign of red and green for upvote and downvote.

Upvote:
"Green is for the upvote."
Upvote means that a user give you a positive vote. Upvote gave the reward.

AND

Downvote:
"Red is for downvote."
Downvote means that a user give you a negative vote. Downvote does not gave the reward.

Voting and Curating:
Voting power is the main process in which a reward is given from the users through votes.

What happen if you vote a post before 5 minute after posting?

After the 5 minutes of posting 100% of the curation reward and there 0% to the reward pool.

What is this voting mana?

One ability to vote and influence rewards depends on the voting mana that one has at the time of voting. A 2% of the voting mana is deducted when one cast 100% votes on a post. the voting mana reduces 0%.
the more you use ,your vote cast will make less influence.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

I have joined many communities for my posting.
First of all i joined the new-commers comuunity. Beacuse i have to perform my tasks in it. So my first post is in the newcommers community. My first post is my introduction and i get a good response from the community peoples. so i thought to join more communities for knowledge gaining.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

The split of the 50% that the curator receives during the first 5 minutes is calculated linearly based on the time the vote is cast.

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

The person who run a Steem server is called a "Witness." Witnesses need your vote so they can climb the rankings and get more StemPower back.
