Good day everyone and compliments of the season to you all,hope we having a fun with our friends and families cause i am over here,just being verified on my achievement,and am unto the next achievement which is plagiarism.
What is plagiarism
Plagiarism is the act of stealing some other person or author work,articles, idea's or expression and claiming ownership of the work.
Plagiarism is considered a violation of academic integrity to our society.
Types of plagiarism
1.Direct plagiarism:is the act of claiming ownership of someone work as your own or copying someone's work without citation.
2.Accidental plagiarism:is the act of giving acknowledgement to the wrong author,that is not the owner of the work.
3.Self plagiarism:is the act of reusing your own work for a new project or assignment.
Ther are different ways to avoid plagiarism.
1.Organize your research very well.
2.Cite your sources of your work.
3.Try to be original with your work.
4.Make sure you use plagiarism checker.
5.Evaluate your sources.
