Achievement 5 Task 3 by @eosxiomara: Review Steemyy.com

From a different post by @yohan2on, I got more insight on this spectacular platform or ecosystem. I learnt steemyy.com was invented by @justyy and it aids users to keep tabs on account information and can also be used to vote for witnesses as well just like how the steemscan can also be used.

Features of steemyy.com

To start with, the user has to visit steemyy.com.
After visiting the site, you can find features like the ones I'm about talking about below

Blockchain Overview

Upon visiting the page, you'll first see a a post of introduction about @justyy.
Then the next tab after the home button is the Steem Blockchain Overview and Statistics

This feature provides the user with the overall general properties of the steemit blockchain and the properties' keys are matched to each of their corresponding values. They include the ticker, the chain properties, dynamic global properties, versions, etc.

Block Explorer

From the image below, it is understood that the block explorer is based on Steem-Js and it currently has a version of 0.7.7. This feature showcases the current headblocks, highlighting their numbers and displaying the transactions associated with those headblocks.

Tools

From the image below, you can see there are a variety of tools and they all have their unique properties. Some of them are witness tools, steem essentials, outvotes, etc.

Some of the uses of the tool are

• identifying who flagged or downvoted you.
• you can also do auto claim rewards with the tool
• incoming and outgoing posts can also be viewed with the tool.

Steem Essentials

Account Information

This helps to see @justyy's account info, which are the steem power id, reputation, witness votes and so on. Amounts being sent to him can also be seen.

Witness

Steem Witness Ranking and API

This feature displays witnesses ranked in descending order of votes.
It can be clearly seen that @steemchiller is the top, followed by @steem-agora and the @justyy, in that order.

This feature actually helps incoming witnesses since they can be easily identified as various reputations are indicated and promising witnesses are also highlighted.
It also makes checking the status of cast votes easy and helps to keep track and serve as a reminder to support witnesses.
