ACHIEVEMENT 4 POST BY @emma55 : APPLYING MARKDOWNS
Hello every active steemian welcome to my acheivement 4 task which is about applying markdown in the steemit platform so without waisting your time let's begin
This is done by adding a mardown at the beginning of a statement to give it a structure, to do this you need to add # in the front of the word, for example you apply the code like this (# process) without writing any thing further after the text and it will appears like this.
Process
Note: it depends on the number of # added at the beginning of a word because if you add two # it will decrease the size of the headline and so on like in the examples below
Added 1
Added 2
Added 3
Added 4
This are the examples above and it was written like in the format below.
(# Added 1)
(## Added 2)
(### Added 3)
(#### Added 4)
Headlines can also be programmed to appear in the middle by centering it
The output should be like the text below
2). The 2nd way of applying markdown is by citing or adding links to your text and this is how it is done.
The 1st example is how to tag a user in steemit and this can be done by adding @ at the front of the username for example @emma55, now it is a link that when clicked it will direct you to my profile.
The second example it by using sets [] and brackets () shorten a link into a text form, this is called syntax like the example below
The final result of the above arrangement would look like this below
This is the link to my introduction post
Or you can just paste the link like that but note that it will appear long.

3). Adding * to in the beginning of texts to make it bold and it: the adding of * before and after a text would change the way and how a word is seen as you can see in the example below.
By adding *** justine has the finest car to all his freinds *** without spacing at the beginning and ending then it should appear like this justine has the finest car among his freinds
4). Adding Quotes:
This is the process of adding a statement that was said by someone else to your existing statement and this is done by adding (>) at the beginning of the statement like this >Steemit is the first crypto integrated social media network
To make it appear as a quote you just need to add space after the >
Steemit is the first crypto integrated social media network
5). The Process of Adding Superscript and subscript:
The adding of super script and sub script is just the process of making your words easy to arrange so that it reduces stress and the examples are
I). Super Script
The use of the super script is to make a number appear above just like this 2 in the question below.
5×10 2
and the final result will look like this 5×102
II). Sub Script
The use of the sub script is to make a number appear down just like this 2 in the question below.
5×102
which will appear like this 5×102
6). Centering of Statements:
This process is used to make your statement appear in the center and this is done by using this markdown 👇🏿
<center>I am a boy</center>
and this is how it is going to look likem
