#achievement 3 by @dahsolex task: CONTENT ETIQUETTE

Hello good people of steemit, I'm so happy to be here again to write on my next achievement task titled content etiquette. The behavioral objective about this is to motivate, facilitate, encourage and push individuals to be more rational, resourceful and be creative in providing content directly from their own findings and not from someone else's content which is generally known as a copy and paste thing without a proper acknowledgment of the author/authors of that same content.

So as the name implies "CONTENT ETIQUETTE". It is the laying of emphases which addresses individuals on how to post informations, ideas, content on steemit.

WHAT IS PLAGIARISM?
Plagiarism in a straight forward answer is seen as the claiming, owning of a content, idea or work which is never yours without the consent of the rightful owner/sources.

TYPES OF PLAGIARISM
There are various types of plagiarism which is found below with proper definitions. They are ;

1- Direct plagiarism: when an individual directly copies and paste the entire text in a work, content, idea along side with the various quotation marks without acknowledging the rightful owner/sources then it is said to be direct plagiarism

2- Mosaic plagiarism: Here the source of the content may have been mentioned by the plagiarist but doing this without acknowledging the quoted part correctly and indicate all quotation marks accordingly, then plagiarism has come to play.

3- Self plagiarism: This type of plagiarism is a part of the common types of plagiarism. In which students in various high schools/colleges copy and paste part of their previously submitted school or academic papers. Here the student direct and same paper for two different assignments without asking or notifying the teacher in question, then it is said to be self plagiarism.

4- Accidentally plagiarism: This is a scenario whereby the phrase, part of the text copied from the sources material or a situation whereby the plagiarist doesn't cite the source in an adequate manner, it's then said to be accidentally plagiarism.

WAYS TO AVOID PLAGIARISM
1- The direct citations of contents from the source should be noted.
2- Stop bursting and receiveing accolades on contents that are not yours.
3- A good findings should be carried out on the content you are about to work on to to avoid plagiarism.
4- Always use plagiarism checking app to checkmate your work in other to avoid plagiarism.
