Hope we are all doing great?
I am very excited to have completed all my achievement tasks till now. Now I am moving unto the final Task; Achievement Task 6. The journey hasn't been easy but with time, patience, endurance, and most importantly guidance from my country reps, I have able to do my final Task. Thank you very much @cryptokannon for all the resource materials. Frankly speaking, I wouldn't have been able to do anything without them. I am grateful.

QUESTION 1
Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?
The answer to this question is very big YES. I do understand how voting and curation work in steemit.

VOTING & CURATION
There are two main forms of voting. i.e. upvoting and downvoting.

The green arrow pointing upwards indicates the upvote button whereas the red arrow pointing downwards indicates the downvote button.

A user can upvote and downvote content by another user or even by himself. You can vote on even comments. Upvoting means you're in favor of whatever was posted whereas downvoting means, you're not in agreement with the content. Mostly, downvoted content may seem abusive to whoever downvoted it or when the user had plagiarized.
Whoever post content is named the Author whereas whoever cast a vote is a Curator by extension, the rewards of an author is simply known as the Author Rewards whereas that of a curator is theCurator Reward.
The rewards are in Steem, Steem back dollar(SBD), and Steem Power(SP). This is redeemed into a user's wallet after 7 days of posting. A reward will only be redeemed into the wallet when it is $0.02 or above $0.02.Just so you know, a user is both a curator and an author. After the 7 days, it is divided into 50% author reward and 50% curator rewards.

A user's voting power is dependent on his or her steem Power(SP). The two variables are directly proportional; the higher the SP, the higher the voting power.
Users with SP less than 500 have 100% voting power with their voting mana reducing by 2% whenever they upvote. There's good news because this increases by 20% every 24 hours.

If a user is able to build his or her steem Power to say more than 500SP, whenever he or she votes, a slider shows which enables him to determine the voting percentage that he wishes to cast his votes.

QUESTION 2

What happened if you vote for a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

The curator's 50% of the reward is calculated within the first five minutes after posting with a certain percentage going to the curator and the other percentage remaining within the reward pool.

AFTER 1 MINUTE
20% of the reward goes to the curator and 80% is left in the reward pool.

AFTER 2 MINUTES
40% of rewards go to the curator and 60% is left in the reward pool.

AFTER 3 MINUTES
60% of the reward goes to the curator and 40% remains in the reward pool.

AFTER 4 MINUTES
80% of the rewards go to the curator and 20% remain in the reward pool.

IN 5 MINUTES AND ANYTIME AFTERWARDS
100% of the rewards go to the curator

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

I will vote for @justy and @steemchiller for steem Witness. This is because, their creations; Steemworld.org and Steemyy.com respectively have really been of great help to me. I have given me a more simplified understanding of my account as well as how to easily do some activities like delegating SP etc.

QUESTION 4
Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

I have been on steemit for a while and I have been privileged to belong to certain communities and I am loving it. This is just to mention a few of the communities and the motive behind my joining.

There are certain communities that it was incumbent on me to have joined by hook or crook. reasons being that without them there's no way I would have found my feet in steemit let alone to have been able to complete any of my achievement Tasks. These include the Newcomers community, Steem Nursery, and Steem ghana.

World Of Xpilar, DraftCrearte, Art & Lifestyle
I joined these communities so that I could put my gift of drawing and designing into proper use and also learn from experts. I have seen a whole lot of great arts and designs ever since I joined. Frankly speaking, I have fallen in love with every single idea that people have globally.

Writers & Review and Steeming community
I joined these communities so as to post my write-ups and read interesting ones as well. So far, I have not been able to make any submissions in the writers & review community but I have in the latter and everything is going great.

I Love every single community that I am in. I see myself privileged to be in such communities. In the long run, all I want to say is that I am very happy to have met or found steemit. Thanks, @pandev for introducing me and also guiding me up to this point.
