Steemit platform is a kind of blogging site and security cannot be overemphasized because of the various keys associated with the functions on the steemit platform.

Keys on steemit include TRON keys, Private posting, memo, active and owner keys as well as master password.

FUNCTIONS OF DIFFERENT KEYS

1 PRIVATE POSTING KEY

This key is used to login and also to perform actions on steemit like posting.

2 PRIVATE MEMO KEY

Used to decrypt private transfer memos.

3 PRIVATE OWNER KEY AND MASTER PASSWORD

Private owner key: it is used to reset all your other keys if your account is compromised, it can be used for recovery.
Master password: used to generate the documents containing all the other keys and must be kept safely.

4 TRON PUBLIC KEY

It is used for transfers, and where your token will be sent.

5 TRON PRIVATE KEY

It is used for signing transactions on TRON.

6 PRIVATE ACTIVE KEY

It is used for monetary actions in your wallet.
