A valid key can perform almost all of the capabilities a master key can do with an account with out converting the owner Key itself. but customers trade all other buttons at the account, with a legitimate key and you can do all of the send key set to do. The person may transfer, alternate in the Indoor marketplace, transfer and manage finances and Vote for Witnesses. as the owner key, it can't encrypt encrypted messages like Memo Key
