congrats on completing this achievement, and good topic too. I think we have to help ourselves with the addiction to social media like those you mentioned. Don't let them shackle your time in the loop and steal your scarce time. See you around more!
Even though it may be tough to do something different than everyone i think staying away from those apps can be achievable. Our brain is our everything we have to take care of it :)Thank you so much for your supportive comment, I do plan to write more from now on as i have more steem power :)
