Good day steemians,am happy that today is the day am completing my Achievement's taxes.
Do you understand how voting
and curation work in steemit?
YES.
VOTING
This is one of our activities in which it has positive side that is called "upvote" and negative side that is called" down vote". We do upvotes towards the good content that is of our interest and some steemians also do downvotes that I can't tell the reasons but let's focus at the positive one. It is also adviced to atleast vote 10 times per day because each vote we give consumes 2% of our consumerable manner will reach to the next day . Consuming manner means consuming influence in which the vote grant will have different value and is decreasing.
CURATION
This means and act of granting upvote to qualify a post that gets our interest or to some comments. It work in steemit because by curations the rewards in reward pool are evenly distributed, also it comples based on our STEEM power we carry, the greater rewards we may able to distribute. The distribution will be 50% to curator and the other 50% goes to the author but it has also a different calculation based on the time of the upvote or the first 5mins marks after posting.

Here is what will happen if you vote a post before 5mins marks after posting.
Curation rewards can be earned through the upvotes we grant through posts or comments, while granting downvotes means deduction of the rewards.

STEEM witness? And why?
STEEM witnesses are the people that create blocks to maintain the steemit block chain and are supported by community through votes so as for me. I will happily vote for @cryptokannon because I am guided by its rules, I will also vote@steemchiller and @justyy.
Why? Because in my opinion STEEM world org developed by @steemchiller and steemyy.com developed by @justyy.
The tools they developed are effective and as far as I know are active witnesses who keeps developing and bringing their tools in steemit block chain for the better.
It was really nice making use of those tools developed by them.

You join and why?
There are so many active community with different purpose activities in steemit.
Anyone can join the one he/she knows can do better.
As for me I will join:
STEEM health care
This is because health is wealth and I want to learn more about health due to the career am into and also tell people the needs to be healthy.
Steemalive
This is because I love posting and having funs I will be happy to be telling steemians how my day went because steemalive is all about fun,it just a sweet thing knowing how people spend their day .
STEEM Nigeria
Because it is my country's community and I want to be part of my country any where any day for it to be among the best in steemit communities.
