I trust all of you are fine. alhamdulillah I have effectively finished my initial 5 achievements. presently I need to finish my achievement 6. This is my last achievement. In this achievement I enlighten you regarding the voting, curation and community one by one.

Voting and Curation

The reward which is gotten by the voter is known as the curation reward. It is a fixed reward pool on steem. Curation is procured from voting.

In the event that you have more steem power, you disperse more reward from the award pool. Just make an honest effort that your content is ideal and your own composed not plagirized. Like we post via online media, local area and so forth beneath the post there is an indication of red and green for upvote and downvote.

Upvote

"Green is for the upvote."

Upvote implies that a client give you a positive vote. Upvote gave the award.

Downvote

"Red is for downvote."

Downvote implies that a client give you a negative vote. Downvote doesn't gave the award.

Voting and Curating

Voting power is the primary cycle wherein reward is given by users via votes.

What happen if you vote a post before 5 minute after posting?

After 5 minutes of posting 100% reward is of curation and 0% to the reward pool.

What is this voting mana?

One capacity to vote and impact rewards relies upon the voting mana that one has at voting time. A 2% of the voting mana is deducted when one cast 100% vote on a post. The voting mana diminishes to 0%. The more you use ,your vote cast will make less impact.

Which community will you join in steemit, and why?

I have joined numerous communities for my posting. Most importantly I joined the new-commers community. The mains reason behind this is I need to complete my tasks in it. My first post describes my introduction is in the newcommers community. I get a decent reaction from the community people groups. so I thought to join more communities for information acquiring.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

The split of the 50% that the curator receives during the first 5 minutes is calculated linearly based on the time the vote is cast.

Who will you vote for steem witness ? and why?

The person who run a steem server is called a "witness." witnesses need your vote so they can climb the rankings and get more stempower back.
