In this post I'll be applying as many markdowns as possible to portray my better understanding of the task: Applying Markdowns. On the same note I'll be talking about a the benefits of fruits in the body.

Benefits of Fruits in the Body

Fruits are essential nutrients that are rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre necessary for the body. The body system needs a full balanced diet to function properly.

Lack of intake one of the six classes of food which are carbohydrates, protein, minerals, vitamins, fats and oil and water can cause a deficiency.

Deficiencies of the six classes of food

Minerals help the body system grow and maintain a healthy state in other to function properly.

Fats and oilprovides energy for living beings and transport fat-soluble vitamins.

Wateris a tasteless, odourless and colorless liquid. It can dissolve many substances.

The benefits of fruits in the body can be outlined below:

  • Reduces the risk of getting diseases

  • Boosts the immune system

  • Maintains hydration

  • Helps in keeping fit, Hale and healthy.

  • Increases intellectual capacity

Linford Christie would say and I quote:

Adopting a new healthier lifestyle can involve changing diet to include more fresh fruit and vegetables as well as increasing levels of exercise.
