Hi. Good day dear steemians. In this post, I will be writing on the Steemscan platform based on the understanding I now have, having read the post by @yohan2on and explored the site.

INTRO

To follow through with the sections below, you have to visit Steemscan.
You will see a page like the one below 👇.

THE CURRENT STEEM PRICE AND VOLUMES ON DATE OF SUBMISSION OF THIS REVIEW

The current steem price is showing on the left-hand chart and the current steem trading volume is shown on the right-hand chart.
CURRENT STEEM PRICE: $0.67
CURRENT STEEM VOLUME: $4,095.45

WHAT ALL INFORMATION IS SHOWN UNDER LATEST TRANSACTIONS AND LATEST BLOCKS SECTION?

With the Steemscan platform, you can see all the latest transactions/transfers happening on the go. All you have to do is, on the home page scroll down to Latest transactions and you will able to see information such as Block Id, ID, Timestamp, Sender, Receiver/Permlink/ID, Type, Amount /%/Payload of latest transactions.

Also, next to the Latest transactions is the Latest blocks section. Click on it and you will be able to access details such as ID, Height, Timestamp, Block Transaction and Mined by of latest blocks.

WHAT ALL INFORMATION IS SHOWN UNDER WITNESSES SECTION AND STEPS TO VOTE A WITNESS?

To get to the Witnesses section, click on Menu at the top left corner of the home page just after the logo. You will see Witnesses click on it.
In the Witnesses section, you can vote for witnesses very easily and seamlessly, you can see useful information such Total Witness, Total mined (STEEM), Last block height, Transaction Count, Current Witness as shown below.

The Witnesses section also allows you to get details such as Rank, Approval (MV), Status, Version, Last mined, Missed, Price feed, Reg Fee about any of the active witnesses.

WHAT IS DApps AND MENTION 3 DApps WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY USED OR MAY USE IN FUTURE AS PER YOUR INTEREST?

DApps meaning Decentralized Applications, these are applications (digital) that run on peer-to-peer connection of computers not one computer.
The following are list of DApps I have already used:

• Steemit
• SteemWorld
• SteemScan

I am really looking forward to use Steemyy, a steem blockchain tools & APIs.
To get to the DApps section on Steemscan, click on Menu at the top left corner of the home page just after the logo. You will see DApps click on it. You will see various steem Decentralized Applications sites.

HOW TO USE "QUICK CONVERT" AND WHAT IS THE FEE CHARGED FOR DIFFERENT STEEM AMOUNT FOR WITHDRAWAL?

To get to the Quick Convert section on Steemscan, click on Menu at the top left corner of the home page just after the logo. You will see Quick Convert click on it.

In the Quick Convert section, you can convert your steem into other cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC or TRX by following these steps:
Step 1: Input the amount of steem you want to convert in the Steem Amount field.
Step 2: Choose which cryptocurrency you want to convert your steem to. Either USDT, TRX or BTC.
Step 3: Input the withdrawal Address you want the converted steem to go to in the Withdrawal Address field.
Step 4: Click on the Create Order button.

You can also check the fee that will be charged on the amount of steem you want to convert depending on the crypto currency you are converting your steem to. Where to see the fee that will be charged is highlighted in the picture below.

WHAT INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY THE "SEARCH" FEATURE?

To get to the Search section on Steemscan, click on Menu at the top left corner of the home page just after the logo. You will see Search click on it.
In the Search section, you can choose what you want to search for by clicking on the drop down in the Search Type. You can then choose what you want to search for [Transaction, Block, Account] from the dropdown list. Also, you can add additional parameters by filling the input fields in the Additional Parameters sections. Then, hit the Search button to search. That's it!

CONCLUSION

I can now convert my steem to other cryptocurrencies, check the current steem price and volume etc. Basically, I can do a lot on the Steemscan site thanks to the post by @yohan2on.
