Greetings my fellow steemians. It is good to write again as I continue my journey in steemit. My exploration of task 1 of achievement5 was so amazing as I learnt so many things from there. So in comtinuation of my amazing journey in steemit, I want to explain my understanding of achievement5 task 2 to further complete my task as a newcomer.

INTRODUCTION

The summary of any business venture we engage in, is basically to take care of ourselves and our loved ones. This means we need to be earning money and cashing it out for our own use. The same can be said of steemit. If we accumulate steem and cannot cash it out, or we lose what we have earned in the process of conversion to liquid cash, all we have done is in vain.
To enable us solve this problem, the understanding of steemscan.com and how it works becomes very imperative.

What is steemscan.com?

Simply put, it is a is tool designed on the steem blockchain to fast track cash out. Steemscan.com can be used to convert steem to some other cryptos like usdt, btc and tron. This application was designed and developed by @futureshock and @roadofrich, to help newbies like me cash out with as less stress as possible without being charged much nor stand the risk of losing our precious money. Anothet positive aspect of steemscan is that, it is user friendly and does not require kyc for you to use it.

Now lets take a look at some of its features.

Once you enter the site address steemscan.com on the address bar you will see the screen as it shown below;

When you click on the menu bar, the sub menus will be displayed, and they

2. DApps
3. Quick convert.

These 3 are among the main features of steemscan. Lets explain them accordingly.

Witness

Steemscan provides easy interface that enables users to vote for witnesses. Once you head over to the witness feature, you find a long list of the various witnesses with their information from whereyou can choose from to cast your vote on any of them in a very seamless way.

DApp

The platform has a collection of various steem dapps sites making it easy for a steem user to locate them and use them as desired.

The Latest Transactions

With steemscan, you can be able to see the various latest transactions happening on the steem chain including Voting, comments.

They are tabulated under various headings like Block ID, ID, Sender, Receiver/Permlink/Id, Type, Amount/%/Payload. Under these headings, u will see things like vote, comments and so on.

Latest block

Here on the latest blocks it allow steemians to check they latest blocks. Known as block transactions.

Quick Convert

To convert 20 steem to USDT - Fees: 1.03576088 USDT

To convert 20 steem to BTC - Fees: 0.00050112 BTC

To convert 20 steem to TRX - Fees : 1.29181816 TRX

How to Use Quick Convert

Step 1 Is to enter the amount of steem and then select your desired currency from the options, then enter your withdrawal address of your desired crypto currency, and then click on create order.

Step 2 You need to proceed with the payment by authorizing the transfer using the active key of your Steemit account.
