Greetings great steemians and welcome you all to this session of my achievements3 which is Content Etiquette talking about PLAGIARISM. To begin with,
WHAT IS PLAGIARISM??
Plagiarism referes to the act of taking someones work to be your work without making citations. In a way to avoid plagiarism, we use citations. This actually describes the source of works origin and this also go a long way to help evrryone being steemian or not to develop their own ideas. By using quotation marks, it indicates the citation.
FORMS OF PLAGIARISM
Global Plagiarism
Global plagiarism is executed by giving out someones else writings or articles to be your own written article. This is avoided by giving proper citations.
Direct Plagiarism
Direct plagiarism is the act of copying out someones work just exactly as the person did without giving reference to from where you got the work with the use of quotation signs. This can be avoided by giving good citations with proper use of quotation signs.
Mosaic Plagiarism
This is done when you lend someones work without using reference or citation and also using same structure as the author used. By avoiding this. Its akways advicible to change or use your own structure of work.
