What is Steemscan?

• Steemscan is a Steem conversion tool connected to the steem blockchain. Using Steemscan we can convert Steem to other cryptocurrencies like BTC, TRX. Since Steemscan does not require KYC, we can do our Steem conversions easily and quickly.

1. Describe the current Steem price and volume at the time this review was submitted

• When we enter Steemscan, we see 2 graphs:

The chart on the left shows the current price of Steem:

On the chart, we see that around 4:00 pm on October 8, 2021, the price of Steem was $0.61

The graph on the right shows Steem's current volume:

In the chart, we see that the volume of Steem on the same day and hour was $331,553.04

2. Explain what information is shown in the latest transactions and most recent blocks section

• In the latest transactions section, you can view ratings, comments, reward purchases, transfers, etc. we can see. In addition, we can see the day and time of the transaction, the person who made the transaction and the person affected by the transaction in cases such as votes and comments.

In the last blocks section, we can see the most recently mined blocks, the order of a block among the blocks that have been mined so far, the day and time of the excavation, and the person who dug the block.

3. Explain what information is shown in the Witness section and the steps to vote for a Witness

• In the Witnesses section, we can see information such as the witness rank, the usernames of the witnesses, whether they are active and when they last excavated.

"Vote!" to the right of the screenshot to vote for a witness. we have to click the button. To perform this operation, we need to log in with the posting key.

4. Explain what a DApp is and mention 3 DApps you have used before or may use in the future, depending on your interest

• DApps are decentralized applications and they run on decentralized computer systems like blockchain. So far I have used Steemyy to sign up for Steemit and Steamworld to see my account information. In the future, I plan to use the Steamhunt application.

5. Explain how to use "Quick Convert" and how much is charged for different Steem withdrawal amount?

• To use Quick Convert, after entering Steemscan, we click on the Menu in the upper left and select Quick Convert. A screen like this will appear.

On this page, we write the amount of steem we want to convert, choose which crypto currency we want to convert, and write the wallet from which steem will be withdrawn. After pressing the Create Order button, we need to log in to our wallet with the Active Key and confirm the transaction. We can see the fees charged for different Steem withdrawal amounts at the bottom after selecting the Steem amount and crypto currency type.

6. Explain what information is provided by the Search button feature

• Using the search feature, we can see accounts, witnesses, steem transactions and information such as block mining.
