Achievement 6 Task by @angelniro: Understanding Curation and Community

Hello steemit members , I hope you all well and enjoy this platform Today I am going to present my Achievement 6 post which related to Curation and Community.

Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

• Yes, it is an interesting procedure in Steemit platform. Simply voting means, when we read others post, we can present our willingness on their valuable content by clicking upvote icon that we can find below every article in this platform.

• If I talk about its working procedure, its amazing. I didn't know about this voting procedure before reading this achievement task. Now I know it has a proper order and even our rewards value depend on the time of voting after posting our articles.

• When a curator vote for our article, 50% of rewards goes to the curator and 50% of rewards go to author of the post. Actually curator's rewards receives as Steem Power and Author's rewards receives as Steem Dollar and Steem Power. As an example, if our article shows 10$ as rewards, then we receive approximately 2.5 SBD and 4 Steem Power. And also we can get Tron rewards to the same proportion as Steem Power.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

• Like I said earlier, there is an interesting situation in the voting procedure. That is, the rewards will not be equally distributed if we vote before 5 minutes after publishing someone's article. Below I included them in order.

Time	What Happened
Less a minute	100% curation prize goes the pool
In 1 minute	Curators receives 20%, and 80% remaining in the prize pool.
In 2 minute	Curators receives 40%, and 60% remaining in the prize pool.
In 3 minute	Curators receives 60%, and 40% remaining in the prize pool.
In 4 minute	Curators receives 80%, and 20% remaining in the prize pool.
In 5 minute	Curators receives 100% curation prizes.

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

• I would like to select @justyy and @steemchiller as Witness voting. Because, they have done a great contribution to uplift this steemit platform by creating very important tools such as Steemscan.com and steemyy.com.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

• Newcomers' Community is my 1st joined community and I learnt many things about this platform through this community. From the beginning of my achievement 1 - achievement 6, I have gained a good knowledge about important tools and important rules if this platform.

• Steemit Nursery is my another favorite community in this platform. Because, I can share my personal ideas and experience in this community. And also, I have joined to 500sp Support program.

This is all about my explanation and I can say I have gained a good knowledge about voting system of this platform.
