How does voting and curation work in steemit

Steemit curation, in my opinion, is the most beneficial and greatest way for a person to get rewarded for his original and important effort. When we first started working on Steemit, our curation value was 0%, but as we created fantastic material and it was watered, our SP increased. When our SP improves, we gain a stronger grip on the platform.
In simple terms, curation is the process of looking at a post, then reading and completely examining it. Check the content for plagiarism, and if any is found, we should offer some helpful suggestions in the comments section. And if there isn't any plagiarised content, the post is considered good and it is rewarded. This is called curation process.

Voting reward

The rewards are distributed 50/50 between the curators and the content creators (authors) under the rewards scheme. We have two alternatives for author awards:

The first is a hundred percent power increase, in which our author awards go straight to our Steem Power, i.e., everything goes to the SP except the fifty percent that corresponds to an author.

The combined approach is 50 percent - 50 percent, in which the author's 50% is divided in two again, 50% goes to our SP, and the remaining 50% goes straight to our wallets as free recruitment money.

Healing rewards

This type of reward is directly proportional to our Steem Power or SP; the more Steem Power you have, the bigger the reward you'll get.
This should be noted, however, that it makes no difference how much Steem Power you have as a user; we must all vote and heal, which will result in rewards to various extents.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

There is also a way of calculating the healing reward won by voting more correctly; I'll show you how with a line segment that indicates the percentage of reward that can be gained when you vote in the first few minutes of a post and later.

1: Indicates whether or not the publication has been approved.
2: The curator's remuneration ratio.
3: The reward % of the fund.
It's important to remember that these payments (Author / Curator) are made 7 days following the publication's expiration date.

I'd like to emphasise that we all have the opportunity to produce material, but we can also be content curators (in in this last case the rewards are related to our SP.)

The witnesses are in responsibility of maintaining the block chain and generating blocks under the delegated proof of stake consensus, and they are compensated for doing so.

It is vital that we select witnesses to represent us, and we must do so by determining whether or not they are trustworthy. You must do your homework before casting your vote.

So that was all about the achievements in steemit and it was a great journey for me to learn a lot about steemit. I have learnt how can I make my post valuable and also learn about security pleasure reason markdown and different steemit tools.
