Hello everyone! I am good and hope that all steemians are fine. Today I am going to wrote my achievement two which is about basic security of Steemit platform.

Basic Security of Steemit

When you create account on Steemit, a pdf file is downloaded in your Pc containing the keys of Steemit. There are multiple keys use in the Steemit platform for different purpose. You need to keep these keys very carefully because you cannot get these keys once you lost it.
The Steemit platform is decentralized. There is no any specific central authority. More rights and authorities are given to user. He is responsible for securitng his account. He cannot get the keys back after losing them once. You need to keep a backup of your key.

Master Key

This is the first key on steemit account.
When you are creating account, a stage is when you are asked to copy the master password. When you copy this and click on next, a new page is appeared where you need to paste the copied master password. Only then you are able to have that pdf file which consist of all the other keys such as private key, posting key, memo key.

Posting key

This is a second key on steemit.
The Steemit is a platform where you post you content, do comments on other posts, vote other etc. All these thing you can do only by using posting key. Posting key is used for posting your post or commenting or voting purpose.

Active key

This is third essential key on steemit.
Next key is an active key. When you post a quality content on Steemit, you get an upvote on that post by the curators. That reward is usually in form of SBDs. SBD is the currency which is used on the Steemit for rewarding the authors but you first need to convert this currency into steem, only then you can withdraw that in your local currency. SBDs are converted into steem, then the steems are converted in your local currency. The active key is use for SBD conversion, to power up or power down your SP and to transfer the tokens.

Owner key

Owner key is the forth key.
This is use to change the other keys such as active or posting key. This key is also use to claim in case if your keys got hacked by illegal person.

Memo key

This is fifth key of steemit.
When you do a transaction on Steemit; i.e sending steems to an exchanger or user, You need a memo key to insert. This memo key is use to secure your message. It is publically visible. This key encrypt and dycrypt your message so that not everyone can read your message.

Transfer the Steem to another's account
Sending steem to another account is quit simple. You just need to login your wallet first. For that, active key is used

How Transfer steem to other account

First we go to wallet

Just click on the marked place e and further procedure start.

And then give the exchange ID where you want to deposit the steem.

And now click on the next button and mission is complete there.

Convert steem dollar into steem

When you are posting on steemit you get reward from booming accounts and actually there is need to convert in steem so here is a procedure that i will show you

After clicking the option of market put the amount of Sbds that you want to convert into steem and then click on the buy steem option.

When to want to transfer SBDs on another account

Click on the transfer option and give the details of account where you want to transfer SBDs.

Here because of shortage of balance i can't perform full action and in case if you have SBDs in your account just click the Next button.

If you want to Power Up

Power up is a goof activity on steemit platform if you have large amount of steem power chances of upvote on your posts increase.
