Hello and welcome to Achievement Task 6

Finally, Achievement 6 is the last homework I have left. In the last two months, I've completed ten-pages assignments, which has been really taxing. However, unlike in the past, homework will no longer be assigned. We looked at the Steemdb.io Tool in my last article.

We'll talk about Achievement 6 today. We'll discuss about voting, curating, and communities in general in this post.

Voting and Curation

We should not have a good understanding of the Steemit reward pool in this area. All Steems are gathered in a prize pool on Steemit. When a user votes for another user, Steem is transferred from the prize pool to him.

The prize pool does not give each user an equal amount of voting power. You can distribute more rewards if you have more Steem Power in your Steemit Wallet. For example, someone with 1,000 Steem Power in their Steem Wallet will vote differently than someone with 100,000 Steem Power. The higher your Steem Power, the more valuable your votes are.

What is voting mana

Each user on Steemit has a voting mana. After voting on Steemd.com, you can check your mana balance. You may also look it up on the Steemworld website. It's a practical and attractive tool for Steemd and Steemworld Steemit.

There are 3 manas in the Steemd tool:

Downvote Power
Resource Credits

Voting mana is a resource that depletes over time. The lower it gets, the less rewarding your favourite posts are. So a 100% upvote and a 90% upvote are not the same thing.

You use 2% of your remaining voting mana for every 100% vote you cast. To offer another example, voting with 50% of your mana consumes 1% of your mana.

Every day, 20% of the meaning of voting is regenerated. As a result, if you upvote 10 individuals 100 percent today, your voting will be totally filled again tomorrow. It takes precisely 24 hours to complete. But keep in mind that if your account has more than 500 Steem Power, the upvote bar will show, and you can set it as a percentage.

If your 100 percent voting power is $1, not all of your 100 percent votes will be $1. Your vote value lowers as your mana bar decreases in percentage.

Do half of the rewards in the post that I upvote always come to me

Yes, you will receive half of the prizes in the post you upvote. In other words, after exactly 7 days, half of the incentives from a post or remark you upvote will go to you and half to the author.

If you upvote a post as soon as it is published, it will be included in the prize pool for 100% curation prizes.\

The curator receives 20% in the first minute and remains in the pool of 80% prizes.

The curator receives 40% of the rewards pool in the second minute, while 60% remains in the rewards pool.

The curator receives 60% after the third minute and remains in the pool of 40% awards.

The curator receives 80% after the fourth minute and remains in the pool of 20% awards.

However, if you upvote a post 5 minutes after it's been published, it'll be considered spam.

Upvoting comments

All of the rules I described above apply to comments if you upvote them. As a result, you may be eligible for a curation reward.

Downvote and curation rewards

No, you will not receive curation revenue if you downvote a comment or post.

What are curation trails?

There are two ways to vote on Steemit.

Manual voting is when you go to the communities on Steemit and vote for yourself.

This is known as auto voting if you use a third-party programme like https://auto.steemdb.online/. Accounts with high curation revenue rates are frequently followed by Steemit users. This is known as the "Curation Trail."

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? And Why?

As a Steem witness, I'll vote for @steemchiller. Because he is the one who created Steemworld. And this tool is effective. I'm considering how I can use this tool to compute my curation rewards and increase my curation income.

I'm also going to vote for @justyy. Because he is the one who has developed Steemyy. And this tool is effective. This website has over 20 tools, all of which are functional. For me, the programme that connects to our Steemit wallet and requests author and curation prizes automatically is quite beneficial.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

I joined all of the communities mentioned in @ceyptokannon's Achievement 6 article, and I'll gradually begin posting.

I will be a member of such forums since I am primarily interested in photography, the economy, and the cultures of many countries. I am a huge fan of Chinese and Korean culture.

Because they have a long history of having their own culture. And this is something I'm particularly interested in.

I've had a couple cups of Chinese tea and enjoyed the flavour. I began exploring Chinese and Far Asian teas after that day. As I examined it, I became more interested in Asian culture. I'd like to visit China and take a long journey there one day. Also, when I was younger, I was fascinated by Jackie Chan movies, which piqued my interest in Chinese culture.
