I am honoured to be a part of this amazing community. I have heard lots of beautiful things about Steemit,the awesome people,the connection and the cool earning potential for investors and authors in this community.

I am really delighted to make my first post today .It's indeed a honour to be here,thank you.

GET TO KNOW ME

My name is Adefunke M. Adekoya. I'm from Ogun state,Nigeria. I'm single and I reside in Lagos with my mother and siblings. You might have heard about Lagos, a city known for its overpopulation and traffic congestions.

I am from a family of 6. I am the second girl but last child of the family.
Although I lost my dad many years ago,my mum, with the Lord's grace ,has been of great support to the family.
My mother is a hardworking business woman who brought up her children in a good and godly way.

EDUCATION AND CAREER

I am a student of the College of Medicine of the University of Lagos,Lagos State ( CMUL), offering Nursing and Nursing Science in the department of Nursing.
Nursing is a noble profession. I love my profession and I' m proud of it.

Coupled with my profession, I am a Baker and Event Planner. I bake delicious cakes for all occasions - wedding,birthday,graduation etc. I make pastries and small chops too. I actually enjoy baking as a hobby.
Besides these, I run home & online tutorials for pupils/students.
Also, I am a registered dealer in Superlife Company,a company that deals with a health product called STC 30.

MY INTEREST AND HOBBIES
I love and enjoy Godliness.
I enjoy serving people and attending to their health needs; it's one of the major reasons I love my profession.So awaits my updates on Health tips and information,as it is commonly said that health is our foremost wealth.

Also, I'm a lover of creative arts,particularly visual arts; I love to draw and paint.I enjoy baking, and cooking generally. I also do physical activities,indoor workouts most times.

MY PURPOSE OF JOINING STEEMIT
I love meeting new people, adding and sharing values. I believe life is about relationships. And relationships contribute majorly to what make us in life.
Therefore, I joined this beautiful platform- Steemit Community. I'm glad being here and I look forward to meeting all the wonderful people here,make friends,share values,learn new things and contribute in my own way with time all in attempt to make Steemit a beautiful and conducive enivironment to be.

HOW I GOT TO KNOW STEEMIT

Steemit community was introduced to me by Miss Faith Okoro @talktofaith.
Although she has been saying so many beautiful things about this platform for some time now, I decided to join officially , so I could testify of the goodness of Steemit myself.
