Goodday everyone on steemit, it's a pleasure to see me moving to my next task which is the basic security on this platform. I've read it all and I have the knowledge about all I should do to protect my account.

The answers from questions below will give brief explanation with illustrations on how I understand the keys on to my steemit account.

HAVE YOU RETRIEVE ALL YOUR KEYS ON STEEMIT

Yes I have retrieve all my keys . I did it when I created my account on steemit and signed in. A pdf file was sent to me having all my keys.

Do you know each of these keys functions and restrictions.

Yes I do. starting from posting key which enables me to post, vote or comment on other account. It also restrict some damages.
Active key- this key is for transferring funds, power up my transactions and converting my steem dollars.
Owner key- I understand that the owner key- can only be used when necessary. This means that I have to store it offline in order not to be used by another person to change the key to my account.
Memo key also help in encrypting memos when transferring funds. # sign is used before a memo to encrypt it. Protecting information.

HOW DO YOU PLAN TO KEEP YOUR MASTER PASSWORD.

there is no way I can retrieve my password if I lost it. The best thing to do is for me to have an offline copy of my password somewhere safe. It's also better to have a printed paper copy.

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR STEEM TOKEN TO ANOTHER STEEM USER ACCOUNT

Yes I know. This is how to do it.
First of all I will login to my wallet, next I will l click on steem arrow and it shows

Transfer
Transfer to savings
Trade
Market

But I will click transfer and it opens on another steem account, I'll put the amount and the name of the person you want to transfer to. The next thing to click on is 'next" and then click 'ok'

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO POWER UP YOUR STEEM.

Yes I do. The process is thus;
I will ll click on wallet,
click on steem arrow, a dialogue box will appear and I will click on power up.

I will put the amount of steem I want to power up Example 4 steem, click on power up and then "ok".

That is the power up process above.

Conclusion

I really appreciate the steemit platform for this training. It has really helped me to know what I wouldn't have known without this training.
I will continue learn more and explore the platform.
