1.Have you retrieve all your keys on Steemit?
Save your master key and stay away from everyone. The only login to your account when you authorize the keys for what you do. Deploy keys for login, and active keys needed for hardening operations.
The master keys or owner keys are used when changing the password.
Save again the owner password to log into your publishing keys. Make sure you don't lose your original master keys.

The master password is used to retrieve all keys to your account. If someone steals your password, they can steal your account and all the tokens it contains.
What are my keys?
The following keys are used for,
Posting key
Post key is used to post comment, edit post, vote post, follow and mute other accounts.
Most users use a Steemit login account with deployment keys. Publishing keys There is damage that account keys can cause.
Active key:
The active key is used for more subtle actions like transferring money and converting voting into Steam dollars to get the details of the witness upload profile.
Owner password:
The owner key is the most powerful key because it changes any key in your account, including the owner key. Used to recover the account
Memo key:
This key is used to decrypt notes when transferring funds. To encode the note, use the pound sign / # before.
3. What do I do if I lose my password/keys?
There is no way to recover accounts if the password is lost. Because your account has real value. We have to keep passwords in a place where our passwords are not lost.

The master password cannot be retrieved again, but other keys can be recovered through the master password. But if we lose the master password, there is no possibility to restore the account.
