the problem is that they don't speak chinese... so they will want to have everything in russian which isn't the natural language of the taikonauts.

secondly, they will slow down the mfg and research process, as they don't have neither the engineering basis nor intellectual basis to move fast...

so I think that maybe in the first few endaevor they may provide a boost, then they will slow us down...
