★Step1

★Method of making Punishak saplings

• First of all you need to save good seeds.

•Punishak is green in color and is very popular in the country as the price is low. Everyone buys these clothes

•Puisha is rich in Vitamin C and A which is very beneficial for human body and it is very important to eat vegetables for good health.

Method of cultivating Punishak

Good quality seeds need to be stored. Fertilizer and irrigation should be given very well.

Kalmi Lata is a very popular vegetable. Nowadays it is disappearing from Bangladesh so I have made it very beautifully at home with great effort.
We sell a bunch of grafted vegetables for 10 rupees

We call this vegetable flower nine vegetables in rural areas

★Step4

Everyone knows that cooking vegetables requires salt, so I made salt in my vegetable garden, and this saved me a lot of money, because the price of rice was so high that I benefited a lot from making it..

★Step5

We all know that spinach is a very useful vegetable. It is made by everyone. In the market it is sold for 10 to 20 rupees. So I made it in my vegetable garden. So that I don't have to buy from the market. This vegetable is considered as the king of vegetables.
